Kindergarten

ACTIVITIES - gross motor development, identify body parts, ball skills, rolling, striking, parachute, dance, scooters, relays, low organized games, fitness, tumbling, locomotor skills, jump rope, obstacle course, bean bags, hula hoops, spatial awareness and the climbing wall.
1st Grade

ACTIVITIES - physical fitness activities, fitness testing, football, soccer, volleyball, dance, softball, track & field, scooters, jump rope, bowling, basketball, frisbee, climbing wall and various games.
4th Grade
- Develop game strategies and learn rules of play specific to the sport covered.
- Understand the importance of physical activity and total health.
ACTIVITIES - physical fitness activities, fitness testing, football, soccer, volleyball, dance, softball, track & field, scooters, jump rope, bowling, basketball, frisbee, climbing wall and various games.
5th Grade
- Develop strategies, rules and knowledge of play specific to the sport covered.
- Understand the role physical activity plays in health and wellness.
