Open Enrollment Information
Families who live outside the Seymour Community School District but wish to have their child(ren) attend for the 2025-2026 school year may apply for Open Enrollment beginning Monday, February 3rd, through 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025.
For those interested in the 2024-2025 school year, the Open Enrollment period runs from February 5th to April 30th, 2024, until 4:00 PM.

If your child is already attending under Open Enrollment, there is no need to reapply. However, if they are currently attending under a tuition waiver, a new application is required during this enrollment window.
For families living within the district who wish to request attendance at a school outside their designated attendance area, an Intra-District Request Form will be available during the same time frame.
**Reminder: pupils who are already open enrolled based on an alternative application do not need to reapply during the regular application period. The only time that a pupil needs to reapply for open enrollment is if the nonresident district requires it at the beginning of middle school, junior high, or high school.**
