Lifeguards Needed
The Aquatic Center has an eight-lane competition pool, a zero depth activity pool and a diving well. The big pool is heated to around 82 degrees and is 4 to 5 feet deep. There is a chair lift for special needs use and stairs for walk-in entry. Our diving well is 12 feet 3 inches deep. The depth of the small pool ranges from 1 and 1/2 feet to 4 feet. We have a ramp for wheelchair use and a chair lift for special needs use. There are also stairs for walk-in entry. The small pool is heated to 90 degrees.
All locker rooms have special needs facilities. You will need to provide your own daily lock. There are no assigned lockers or locker rentals. The Seymour Aquatic Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The Family Locker Room is available for anyone who needs it.
The Aquatic Center will offer a variety of pool specialty times; such as Adult Swim, Open Swim, Lap Swim, and Athletic Swim times. These programs will be offered in both pools.
When school is canceled due to inclement weather, the Aquatic Center will also be closed. Furthermore, when severe or inclement weather has been forecast the night before, give us a call at (920) 833-9704 to make sure the facility is open. The Aquatic Center might not be open if bad roads or weather problems prevent the employees from opening the facilities. We are suggesting that all persons call before coming to the facility as the facility is scheduled to open before any announcements will be made on the radio or television. The same suggestions apply to weekends or vacation days.

Children 12 years and younger need to have an adult with them in the water within arms reach. Please remain with your child while they use the locker rooms as well. Athletic Swim:
Physical education classes use the pool during scheduled times and has priority over open swim. If a student needs to make up a gym time, they must have their own suit and towel. They will not be charged a daily fee (suits and towels are provided for classes during the regular school hours only.)
