Returning Families – Please Update Your Enrollment Forms!
If your student is returning this fall, please take a few minutes to log in to your Parent PowerSchool account and update your student's enrollment forms for the 2025–26 school year. Our goal is to have all updates completed by August 1.
Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal here > https://ps.seymour.k12.wi.us
Click on "Forms" then "Enrollment" and update forms as needed.
