The Club Golf Team will focus on developing competitive skills and experience while getting them ready for the the high school boys' or girls' golf seasons.

• WHERE DO I REGISTER? Fill out form here
• COST: $80 per player( includes practices fees, match fees at Crystal Springs and a polo)
• HOW LONG IS THE SEASON:  The season runs end of April 29 of May 30
• WHEN ARE PRACTICES: Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 to 4:30 starting on April 29 at Little Crystal Building at Crystal Springs Golf Course.  There is limited transportation available from Seymour Middle School to Little Crystal (20 players) on school buses. Students will need to get their own transportation home. 
• WHEN ARE MATCHES: Matches will be held on Fridays: May 9, May 16, May 23 and May 30
• WHERE TO BRING/SEND PAYMENTS:  Payments can be given to School Office at Black Creek or Seymour Middle School, please place payments in envelope marked: Seymour JR Golf.  Checks can be written out to Crystal Springs Junior Golf Foundation or paid with cash
• Is there a deadline?  Deadline to register for Middle School Golf Club is Monday, April 11.  Payment must be received by that date as well.  
• What if I miss the deadline?  You can still register, however, your son/daughter will not be guaranteed a shirt.
