My name is Kendra Miller. I grew up in Shawano, Wisconsin, where I graduated from Shawano High in 2007. I then attended the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point where I received my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Early Childhood Special Education. After graduating in 2012, I returned home to Shawano and started my teaching career. I taught 3rd grade for three years before joining the Seymour Community School District and teaching in Black Creek. I spent the first five years teaching 1st grade before moving to 2nd grade. While teaching here in Black Creek I decided to continue my learning and earned my Master's Degree in Literacy from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2021.
