We Need Your Help!


Seymour Middle School is looking for volunteers for various Parent-Teacher Connection activities. Below you will find a survey that we would like you to fill out if you are interested in helping out. The survey indicates the events that we need help with, the amount of hours required and the work that needs to be done.  You will also find below a link for a paper copy of the survey in case you know of anyone that would also like to help!

The purpose of the Parent-Teacher Connection (PTC) is to provide the opportunity to:

  • Encourage positive communication among parents, teachers, and administrators
  • Promote understanding between parents, school, and students through an exchange of ideas on topics of mutual interest.
  • Raise funds to help provide school and students greater opportunities.

Parent-Teacher Connection is about helping Seymour Middle School in many ways.  PTC has purchased or aided with the purchase of Smart Boards, kiln for the art room, computers  for classrooms, scholarships for students.

Parent-Teacher Connection makes things happen:  Hansen's fundraiser, Teacher Appreciation Week, Linking of the Ages
