This brochure gives an overview of our Thunder Talk Individual Student Planning Conferences held in Grade 5. Thunder Talk Conferences are held in Grades 5, 8, and 10 to enable students and their families to take a look into the future and to prepare for their ultimate goals and dreams.

Learner Resume Template
This is the Learner Resume template that all Grade 5 students use as a starting point to prepare for their Thunder Talk Conferences. This is a "bare bones" model, and it can be edited and accessorized to truly reflect the students' individual personalities and abilities. The final draft of this document serves as the centerpiece of our conference, and is a springboard to the "Individual Learning Plan" (ILP) which will be initially developed in middle school and updated throughout middle and high school. The ILP will be an important component of the Grade 8 and 10 Thunder Talk conferences.
